Lars then develops a tailored proposal outlining our recommended approach, timeline, and advisory deliverables. All advisory engagements include weekly live check-ins and ongoing async communication and coordination.

Lars brings 25+ years of experience as an operator and entrepreneur to each engagement. Our fee structure is based on a monthly retainer with a minimum three-month engagement. The retainer amount is based on the scope of work and advisory needs.

We take on no more than six concurrent clients at any given time. We offer a waitlist for advisory inquiries when we are at capacity.
